Modern Millwork for your Entryway/Foyer Walls

..and transform it into a fun, modern, amazing first-impression for you and your guests! 

You can do this!...here's the overview to help support your project success:

1) Demo time! Okay, "lite demo" - but fun nonetheless. The more gentle you are with removing the old millwork or whatever is on your wall today, the less spackling you need to do before you create your masterpiece. If you already have plain walls, lucky you!

2) As you can see, I wasn't lucky and I ended up with some mudding/spackling to do. You may also have some holes from removing pictures/paintings or existing millwork from your wall. 

I use a basic 6" knife like this one from Home Depot and regular joint compound. 

Take your time adding light coats of mud until you're ready to sand it out. There are plenty of tutorials on mudding/sanding out there, so take your time and work at making your walls look brand new.
